On 6/12/2018, Novaland (a joint-stock company, specializes in the property investment in Vietnam) signed a cooperation agreement with Greg Norman Golf Course Design (GNGCD). The event occurs in Vietnam Travel & Tourism Summit within the framework of the Vietnam Economic Forum (ViEF) – an annual business meeting to identify solutions and strategies to restructure the tourism industry and enhance its quality and sustainability in 2018-2030.
According to it, Greg Norman will build four golf courses in southern cities and provinces such as Phan Thiet, Can Tho, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Binh Thuan. Total investment in the golf courses is estimated up to $100 million. The first golf course will be start on progress in Phan Thiet in the first quarter of 2019.
