1.Grilled Sea urchin

Not all seas in Vietnam have sea urchin. Phu Quoc is one of the rare places, so if you come here, you should try this dish. Grilled sea urchin is a favorite dish in Phu Quoc because it can retain the richness of the urchins. Fresh Grilled sea urchin topped with grease, spring onion and grilled on hot charcoals at the end. You can easily to take a spoon of the flesh and eggs inside then enjoy with a mixture of salt, black pepper and lemon juice.

2.Raw herring salad

Raw herring salad is considered one of the best dishes Phu Quoc Island. The combination of fresh herring fish with raw vegetables, onion, purple onions, chilli, coconut cure… dipped in fish sauce creates a very special flavor. . You can also pick up pieces of raw fish, vegetables, coconut and then wrap them all with rice paper.

3.Bun ken
